the world according to garp is a funny quirky book and i loved it. i would also like to suggest something by neil gaiman who is often very funny and dark.
Hi LV, :)I think you'll like it. It's literature but it's light and very easy to read. Some of the characters are really funny. Although it's a thick book, it never feels like one. Furthermore, the story never gets boring as is often the case with books of that many pages.
