yeah, i agree they did a good job of having the movie follow the novel for The Watchmen. The fans had to have been pleased. It sux when they change the books up for the movies. You're not the first guy that told me he didn't like it, but being female, I had no problem with Dr. Tomorrow's lack of wardrobe.
Yes, I've read Vampire Knight. Love that manga. Gonna get the TV show sometime soon I hope. My other favorite manga is Bizenghast. It isn't vampire tho, it's a horror/mystery series. This girl has to go to a mausoleum every night and deal with ghosts that have some serious issues. I see you just finished Watchmen. Did you like it? See the movie? I read it before I went to see the movie. Also read the Whiteout graphic novel about a year before I saw the movie.
I didn't like it as much as the first one, but I did enjoy it in general. One of my favorite things about this series is just how deeply flawed the characters are. Belinda can be a pretty terrible person and I kind of love that. I also liked how the book was more spread out over a group of characters than the last, the big twist on the relationship between Javier and Belinda, and the ending. However, I wish Murphy hadn't killed off so many characters in such a short period. I felt like the deaths would have had more impact if there were fewer of them or they were more spread out. And, as much as I do love how awful the characters can be, some redemption would be nice in the next book as well.I like Murphy's Walker Papers and Negotiator series better, but I always enjoy seeing an author try something totally different from their usual fare.
Deseperate times man.
Why do most of the books you read have scantily clad women on them?
I am fine thanks. I like this Kushiel's Mercy. Keep on touch with me.
Hey! How are you?
