Thanks! This website is a great idea! Finger Lickin' Fifteen is in a series (I think the first book of the series is called "One for the Money") but you don't necessarily have to read them in order. The first chapter in each of the books usually gives you background information on the main characters and each mystery is different. I don't have the first book of the series, but I do have a few of them, so I'll bring them to Cleveland when I visit!

Hey Jann, I am so excited you got Sarah's Key. It is an awesome story, the author deserves some kind of crazy award for writing this book. I want to go to Paris now and see the places that I read about in this book.

Hey Jann, what are you doing reading a Barbara Delinsky book? I see it was only a 2 star'r. I don't like her at all!!! Driving with Dead People look good too. That can go in our book cover collection!!

Hey Jann, I didn't know you got the Elizabeth Edward book? It was good, huh? I see you gave it 5 stars. I think I want to borrow it from you to read, if I can.

I really liked Perfectly Imperfect. I had heard the author speak at an NATA conference where she talked about her husband's brain injury and his recovery and I thought she was very interesting. At any rate, it is basically journal entries and thoughts on different things and her feelings through various aspects of life. Don however, heard part of it while we were driving and hated it - it is definitely for women. I think you will relate to her. If you do the audio book version, it is actually read by the author.

Hey Jann, you finished Olive K. How was it? I am reading Belong to Me, which you gave me a year ago. This is much better than Love Walked In. You should of told me how much better it is, I would of read it sooner. I want to read the Are you there Vodka book, that sounds good too.

Thanks Jann I will be sure and read Truth and Beauty as well. I see you read firefly lane as well, I am listening to that one currently, loved the way it started with all the references to the 70s but I have to say its getting a bit hokey as it goes on. I really enjoyed Magic Hour by the same author, so thought I would give this one a try.

I would say if you tried 2x already, you know it's not for you. I think you probably like more of the "edge of your seat" kind of reading and knitting club isn't that, it was "chick lit" all the way, including all the tears haha!

Yes, THe Hiding Place is one of my favorites. It is heavy on Faith, but that is what got her thorugh tough times. I read Night about the same time and found the comparison interesting.
