The books on my shelf are the ones I actually remember something about. I don't read fiction, and if I do, it's very rarely. I love travel lit, non-fiction and everything that involves reality - at least, as close as I can come to it, particularly if it has any relevance to my life. I sometimes buy a book compulsively, or I might read several books about the same topic (Azerbaijan, The Middle East, WWI Peace Talks, etc.) and as a result I have an extensive wish list. I read more at certain times of the year, or when I at home in CT vs. abroad (or vice versa.) If you have figured this out, then you're way ahead of me. « less
