Hi Patti,
Being an avid reader makes you a bibliophile...like me. I started reading in 1978 after I changed my life from that of a drug dealingildman who wanted to be a lead singer in a rock band but was always too high to be of any substantial use to anyone. I landed in Teen Challenge to avoid a thirty year sentence by Judge Bowling for the distribution of PCP and cocaine. After an arduos struggle getting rid of these deadly habits I became a Christian man, traveled the U.S. and Canada with a choir and went to a Bible school in Upstate New York. After four more years at North Central University I became a minister. I now write books, plays, short stories and poems. I am working on a Trilogy about my life after drugs. The first book published is the second book in the trilogy. It is called: "A Step Of Faith" and can be found at: www.outskirtspress.com/astepoffaith I do not want to sound like a book salesman but I would like you to read it and let me know what you think. I found out you can get any book at any library by just requesting it. My book is at the library here in Maryland. The second book has also been finished and is in the last stages of editing. It will be out when I find a publisher. It is called: From Darkness To Light. Have you read Angle of Repose by Wallace Stegner? It's worth the time.
hi patti,,,,, so great to meet u alover again, hope u never forget me.......
hi,,,,, my novel ''hopeless honeymoon'' is published and would be available at ''www.flipkart.com'' in a day or two,,,, do grab a copy........
Dear Patti: If you enjoyed reading the fast-paced mysterious DA VINCI CODE, you will love my debut novel, HUNTING THE KING, coming out this April. HUNTING THE KING is an adventure-packed page-turner that follows archaeologist Molly O'Dwyer into war torn Iraq in search of the remains of Jesus. ForeWord Magazine said: "Fans of intellectual thrillers and historical fiction will find a worthy new voice in Clenott. Given such an auspicious start, the sequel can't come too soon." While the book won't be available until April, you can check it out now on Amazon.com, Buy.com, Kunati Books, Barnes & Noble, and other googleable sites. I hope you will. I know the book won't disappoint. Molly O'Dwyer will stay with you long after you've forgotten Da Vinci.
Please watch the wonderful trailer developed by my publisher for the book. You can find it on YouTube or on my own web site at www.peterclenott.com. And let me know what you think.
Peter
What an intriguing idea for a book, Patti! You've got my muse thinking...she loves being distracted when I'm under a looming deadline!

I, too, am a maniac reader! The year's almost ended and I've read about 150 books/graphic novels since January. I read everything I can get my greedy little hands on :D
My boyfriend lives in Scotland, so I spend about four months of the year here (I'm in Aberdeen right now for Christmas break). I have also briefly been to Dublin, but I'd like to go back to the countryside, for there isn't much to do in Dublin if you're not a big drinker ;) England and Wales are also nice to visit. You should definitely fly across the pond one day!
