I think Water for Elephants was great! Really entertaining. What can I say about it? it's about love, circus life (including what the animals endour), really a life he didn't expect to find himself in. hard to stop reading

Instead of Water for Elephants choose: Modoc, or Echo of the Elephants (good photos), or the movie by Disney entitled Whispers. Enjoy!

Over all of those other books, I recommend Time Traveler's Wife if you haven't already read it. I have a copy for you to borrow. One of my all time faves!

Yes. The story is so unusual and random, but I really did like it. I'm reading a fun book right now that I think you'd like called Outlander. A good vacation book. I'd offer you my copy, but I'm in the middle of it still. I bet you could find it at the library b/c it's been around awhile. Another great vacation book is Eat Pray Love (if you haven't read it already). When do you leave for Hawaii?

I loved East of Eden. I read it one year at Lake Powell. I think you would like it. It's really long and it's Steinbeck, so there are spots where he describes the landscape of Central Cali in great detail, but I remember REALLY liking it. I totally loved Water for Elephants! um...Yes, Come Back is a true story. It is hard to read because of that fact, but it's taking me forever to finish because I have so much reading for school! :-(

Hi~ I actually was surprised at how much I liked it. It was a fast and easy read. I wanted to watch the movie again after reading it and of course, it was better than the movie. Very detailed and is very entertaining. I'll give you my copy- when I see you next (hopefully this week). Talk to you soon.
