My family calls me the biggest bookworm ever!! From my elementary school days reading Nancy Drew, Judy Blume, and Beverly Cleary, to my college days, reading The Color Purple, Their Eyes Were Watching God, The Color of Water, and many others, I have enjoyed the reading experience. Even at thirty-something, I am rarely without a book in my hand-whether I'm at home or in a moving vehicle.
I am (or was) a Language Arts teacher. I really want to be a high school English teacher, as I feel that it would be a better expression of who I am and what I like-reading and writing. In addition to reading and writing. I like to travel, take pictures, surf the 'net, go to the movies, listen to music, browse through/enjoy artwork, do crossword puzzles, and cook.
