Cheryl, how was Requiem in Vienna. I'm wondering if I have to have read The Empty Mirror or if I can jump right in with this one?

Sorry I took a few days for me to reply. Usually I'm pretty good at timeliness but my computer was being spazzy... Anywho, I'm Rachel (but you probably knew that already) and I'm completely obesessed with Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, CSI, Criminal Minds, paranormal shows, books (clearly), and country music. I know that's a rather odd combonation of things, but hey... I'm a random person. So if you feel the inspiration to strike up a chat with me I am completely okay with that. I don't bite. (unless you're my brother or a psycho trying to kidnap or kill me... then we have a problem.) And now that you think I'm utterly insane (my apologies, by the way), I will stop talking.

    Navaer (farewell), Rachel. ;D

You and I felt the same way about The Christmas Pearl. I think I read it last yr and "pulled the bookmark." I usually don't read Xmas books and no idea why I felt compelled to read it.

Oh, yeah. I am looking forward to reading The Guardian of the Flame by T.L. Higley. I loved reading Shadow of Colossus by her. I own City of the Dead too but haven't read it yet. My to-read list is huge even though most of them are not listed on my shelf. And yeah, The Hollow is also on my to-read list. I will definitely let you know!

Yeah, I have read some of Beverly Lewis's stuff. My fave is the Annie's People series. I love Amish reads! They are probably my fave genre of all. If you have read any by Cindy Woodsmall, she is good too. Sadly enough, I haven't read anything by Janette Oke but I know of her books. So what's your fave genre?
