    I have read the rich dad poor dad and rich kid smart kid.Now i am planning to read Guide to becoming rich.i would like your advice whether this book is good or not.The previous two book are very good. These books change my idea about the money.

    Thanks for the advice. I think I needed to be more specific. I meant my intentions is to use telemarketing to help real estate developers sale there excessive inventory. The niche would be my ability to get their previous buyers
    to buy new homes through developer offered incentives . I would like to have my telemarketers to be able to operate from home. They simply would call prospects and encourage them to visit the development in person and a on site salesperson(realtor) would have the job of closing the prospect.
    I would provide another way in which local developers can market. How would you approach this business idea if you were me.

    Brother 8-ball. I have a question for you since that I would like your advice. I am considering creating a telemarketing company to address the surplus the real estate inventory to market to developer. How would you approach getting started. What would be your strategy and what are some pitfalls i would need to avoid i.e. Leverage and legal. I would welcome your ideas. This would be the beginning of many conversation we will have.
