Neelam B

Hi, my name is Neelam. I've loved reading books ever since I can remember, especially books that make me laugh or leave an impression. Hopefully, I'll discover many more interesting books via Shelfari.

If anyone has any suggestions, do tell.

Take care : )

Hi Neelam, I am also becoming very interested in the effects of positive thinking! Basically it all works through the subconscious mind and our PK. We can all learn to control it. I like the subconscious mind because its a very real source of power that anybody can tap right into if they only know how. That eBook talks all about this stuff. I want to start exchaning information aboput this kind of stuff because the more we know themore powerful we become. Honestly I have gtten massive effects from my subcounscious mind work in my life. Have you had a chance to check the eBook out?

Can't think of anything that might be specifically applicable to Vincentians but hopefully many of them are generally. Many of my reads would be best described as generous evangelical, in that, while many are written by evangelical authors, those authors generally have a broad readership in mind and avoid getting bogged down on peripheral sectarian issues. This reflects my background, I am influenced by evangelical missiology but also draw inspiration from eastern orthodoxy and my catholic heritage and prefer writers that focus on the more core concerns of all Christians.

Hey Matt : ) I was looking through your shelf and seeing there are a lot of books on Christianity, I was wondering if you could recommend one to me relevant to Vincentians. I am already planning on checking out Understanding Folk Religion. Seems really interesting.
