Have you read A Long Way Gone? A bit depressing, but an absolutely riveting read about a young African boy amidst rebel turmoil. For something way lighter - The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid by Bill Bryson - hilarious! Not any heavy material for a book club, but if they are all your age they'll really get a kick out of it. Sorry - haven't read much non-fiction lately I guess. We're reading Suite Francaise next which I know you read. Did you like it?
