I am working my way into graduate school. I have a lot of catching up to do since a lot has changed since my undergrad. I am currently taking Chemical Dependency classes and am fascinated my the subject but my interest is in Mental Health & Family issues. Narrative, Drama and Visual Art therapies are my focus.

    AS your finding out there's not that much out there. One thing to keep in mind is some older adults may be exhibiting or experiencing alcohol induced dementia...and there will me no "cure". I resently assessed a gentelman who started drinking at age 9 and "progressed from there" He now gets the DT's I'll check my stuff and see if I have anything... Good luck

    Hey! I just finished Eat Pray Love, and really enjoyed it! I'm starting The Count of Monte Cristo tonight, and hopefully it won't take me forever. Good job on your 2 books in Feb! Let me know what you're thinking for a book club... I'm definitely interested!

    Are you using the Abnormal case studies book for a class? I love reading it. Do you have your CDP (chemical dependecny professional)? I'm looking for information on treatment programs for those who attend raves - having very little luck.
