    Hi!
I'm nosey and read your post on Niobia Bryant's page about your daughter and the inability to find books for her. I came to reccommend The Exorsistah by Claudia Mair Burney. I have a plethora of little cousins who read, some I have to make read, but they all enjoyed this book. I did too!!

    Hi Delores,

As a writer so many of my little cousins want to read my books--their excited to be related to a published author...but I firmly believe there is a right time for everything and anyone 10-14 are TOO young for my books. So I came up with this idea about a series of books about these three girls called The Pacesetters. I can not wait for it to be published so that I can stress to my cousins trying to grow up to fast to enjoy the place their in--and not be so quick to partake in things meant for adults. I did read romances at 13 but I was sneaking AND this is a different time than twenty years ago.

So, I hope your daughter will read the PACE ACADEMY series centered around the glitzy Pacesetters when it drops next year becasue its just a fun series of books meant for tweens--and adults who just enjoy a good book. ;-)

    Thanks for your support.

    Howdy,

Sorry I’ve been away so long. I’ve been entirely toooooo busy.

Anywhooo, in your Black Romance group, we’ll be reading Protect and Serve by Gwyneth Bolton next and start discussing it on 10 Oct. Now go ahead and purchase Gwen’s book now, even if you plan on reading it late, because it is a Harlequin book and you know they can be difficult to find.

Have you heard about all the fun we had at the 2008 Romance Slam Jam? Well that’s NOTHING compared to what’s coming in 2010.

It’s Romance Slam Jam’s Crystal Anniversary! Our theme is Back to the Future with Rochelle Alers as our keynote speaker! Everyone is Welcome To Join the Romance Slam Jam Crystal Anniversary Celebration Cruise departing from Miami, Florida, Sunday April 10th, 2010. We will be embarking on the five day Carnival Cruise to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands on the “Destiny” Fun Ship.

For full details go to: http://www.romanceslamjam.org/conference/Newsletter/Articles/RSJCruise2010.htm

Hi Girl, I don’t believe you have to read each book in order as far as I Know. If you would like 2 know she has a Shelfari page. You should go and ask her. I think that the 2nd book will begin with the ending of the 1st. Her name is Gwyneth Bolton. Very good writer! You make sure you stay above. Don’t get stressed out with the kids and work just prey. :--)

    Hi Delores,
I just wanted to stop in and leave my love on your page. So how are things going for you? I hope all is well. So what have you been reading?
Right now I'm reading “Protect and Serve” by Gwyneth Bolton and it’s very good. You should check it out. I can’t wait for the next book to come in the series called the “Hightower Honor”.
Well I’ve been okay. I just found out last week that I’m having a baby. :-) I’m 3 weeks now. Ya! All Thanks Are Giving 2 God!

    P.S. Happy Reading

I have read most of them. It has been awhile, so I don't remember the details. If you like Nora Roberts, have you read Susan Elizabeth Phillips? She doesn't have the little magic things Nora Roberts adds, but her writing is absolutely fabulous!

    Hi girl,
I’m doing okay. I miss him so much :-( I’ve got 3 emails from him. But that’s it. There email was down so they couldn’t send out emails for a while. He’s not sick any more thank God for that. My daughter is okay! She happy she’s going with grandma to Mississippi. I’m trying to get her ready. Other then that I’ve been doing okay. “Her Kind of Man” by Pamela Yaye is good so far. I will let you know how it goes when I'm done.

Just go over the book you would like to read it will open a white box. In the box it will show: Add this book. It’s the same way as adding a book, but you would click on the Advanced Options button. It looks like an arrow pointing down and from their u can choose your options. Did this help?
