    I saw the series on Nick because I read some of her books along time ago. (I should probably add them to my shelf...) Then it just randomly went off the air! I was reminder of the show when I saw Bobby on the X-Men he was one of the animorphs.

    would like to invite you to participate in the ABC contest starting on July 1, 2008.
    I will post a thread that has the letters of the ABC's list, then start your own thread for example mine would be Sherry's ABC's and list the books that you read with those letters has the first letter in any title of book, it doesn't have to be in the genre either. Each person will be responsible for sending me their points via the group email at vampireswitchesweresallthat@yahoo.com. For every book you read during the time period (until the next letters are posted) you will receive 10 points in the email you must list the title, author, and pages so that if there is tie, we will use page count to break the tie. Everyone is eligible to win, even admin's as a third party will be keeping track of the points for me...so post the books you read...I will post the first letters on July 1.

    Yes, I recommend it. It's the beginning of the series. It's a different take on vampires; not the typical stuff. There's lots of religions allusions and references and characters and places, etc. Banks intertwines that with vampire hunter type stuff and a romance triangle, etc. etc. It's a great read; a great introduction so have fun with it! :)
