Hi Salma b, you should also try Celeste Anwar. I really enjoy her stories especially "Utter Domination" which is her take on Lora Leigh's Breed series. Go to the New Concepts Publishing website for more of her books. Kimberly Dean is good especially "Fever". I'm at work right now so I can't chat too long. Keep in touch with me and I will give you more suggestions. If you have any suggestions for me, I would love to hear from you.
Hi Salma, thanks alot for your note, i really so much appreciate your opinion & recommendations. First of all, i'm wondering why you are not putting many Linda Howard & Judith Mcnaught books on your shelf? i'd have loved to know which books exactly you've read & your rating of them & which favourites you have among them. Anyway, as for Linda Howard, I'm really addicted to her, especially her romances, have you read After The Night, White Lies and HeartBreaker? They were all just fabulousssss. I also loved her romantic suspense Dream Man. As for Judith Mcnaught, Paradise will be my all time favourite, I loved Perfect, Kingdom of Dreams & Something Wonderful veryyyyyy much too, but Remember When was a dissapointement for me, & Double Standards & Someone To Watch Over Me were enjoyable but not much perfect. Concerning Sandra Brown, she's like an addiction to me, especially her romantic suspenses & mysteries, her White Hot, Envy, The Witness & French Silk are my favourites, but i didn't like her romances like In A Class By Itself , too much unnecessary sex, so which books have you read for her? I loved loved loved Chesapeake Bay series & Honest Illusions for Nora Roberts, so what books have you tried for her? I'd like to know also if you've read Twilight series, I've never imagined i'd like any vampire stories but this series was very wonderfully, smoothly & easily written, & i dunno how it penetrates the heart that way. I'm even very excited to watch the movie when released, its trailer was incredible. I'm planning to try the Dark Hunter and the Highlander series soon. And i really appreciate your recommendations of the other authors but i'd like to know more what genres of writing do they do, as you may gather i'm from Egypt, an Arab country, so i'm not aware of all your american authors & your most successful books. Thanks alot my dear and hope you keep in touch.
Hi dear, you are most welcome. So what are your favourite authors and books? As for me, i love Judith Mcnaught, Linda Howard, Sandra Brown and Nore Roberts alot. What do you think of them? I'm thinking of trying for other authors so what are your suggestions? I can see you've read the whole Sherrilyn Kenyon series so what do you think of them? Are they based only on sex? I can see they are very highly rated on shelfari so do you recommend them? And what book of them should I try first? What are the other authors that you like reading for? Waiting to hear from you.
To truly enjoy their relationship I wold start at the beginning. But that is just me. I like knowing back stories.
Hi. Just stopping by to take a peek at your books. I'm really intrigue with how many readers are reading Sherrilyn Kenyon's books. I've only read once..THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. I'll hunt her books next time.
Hey Salma,I haven't read S. Brockmans Gone Too Far yet. Sorry I couldn't help!
Hi Salma: Untouched! That's it. And yes, it was a very good book. I adored the hero Michael, who had been locked away for years on his estate by his evil uncle.
Hi Salma: I followed you here when you asked if you should read Claiming the Courtesan. I can't help you there as it still resides in the TBR pile - though I did really enjoy her book after that one - whose title escapes me at the moment
HI Salma, I've just read Kenyon's Dark Hunter series. I've read Judith McNaught before and have for a few years. Thanks Salma and you're welcome.
Hey I thought of another Southern Alpha if your interested Sugar daddy and Blue-eyed Devil both contemps by Lisa Kleyplass.
I definitely recommend Once and Always!!! No, there is no infidelity. I think McNaught knows better than to break that connection with the reader. I saw your review for the Brenda Joyce book. I haven't read that one, but I read another one by her (where the hero is NOT a rapist) and I wasn't super impressed. The hero wasn't faithful in that one either, or I might have been able to get past the rest.
Wow, note to self: do not read Rosemary Rogers. We written review, your loathing for the book was loud and clear. LOL!!!!!! I will keep her on my never to read list.... it sounds truly horrible.
Hi, just stopping in to share my exciting news. I'm the new curator for Harlequin Historical MySpace page. I will be doing interviews with authors and editors at different times. Hey I saw where you wondering about All the Queens Men by Linda Howard I haven't read it yet but I love Linda Howard so of course. I think its a follow up though to Kill and Tell but Im not sure. Ill look at my copy to see for sure and let you know.
Hello Salma thanks for the invite. I see you are fellow dark-hunter fan!!
LOL! Ok thanks. I'll save it for reading alone then, after we get home.
