“ Fun read that is perfect for summer. Not on the same level as Eat, Pray, Love, but that may be a good thing. It isn't... ”

I got a FOUR! Despite doing embarrassingly awful on all those practices lol. Tell your new kids the tale of Whitney and how she was terrible at the practices and managed a pass when it came test time. I'm sure it'll move them to tears. ;D
I just read How to Read Literature Like a Professor & I could not stand it.I don't know how many times I fell alseep, but yet some parts of the book were interesting. ”
Ello, hope you have had a good summer. I read "How to Read Literature Like a Professor", that book was so boring lol. I have a dry personality =]. I'm almost finished reading Fahrenheit 451, an I love this book. I did not see the twist coming. See you in August.
Hello. I see you! MA HA HA not that funny i'm just bored
Hey i just finished "Night" and it was absouletly wonderful! I loved it. =]
I was just plundering around on your shelf and noticed that you had a book that was a strange connection for me, the one called something like Thinking in Pictures, I believe. When I sat in on a Psychology class at Transy the guy showed a video with that girl in it and I found her very interesting. Anyway, I would have gone my whole life never seeing that book if it weren't for your lovely, well-stocked shelf and this nifty little site, so thanks!
Ms. Smith, I can't lie. I was dreading reading "How to Read Literature Like a Professor", but I absolutey loved it! I started reading it and couldn't put it down. Foster made everything seem so simple to understand and I think I may go and research some of the books that he mentioned and read them sometime.
Hey i finished "How to read literature like a professor"...It was suprisingly not that boring. I'm now reading Night by Elie Wiesel. Its pretty good so far, but i've only read the first chapter. i'm going camping for a few days, but i'll be back by Monday. So i'll get on as soon as i get back.
Native American PoemBy Gerald Fisher The Calling The fire is dancing tonight and the winds are talking Dancers from past lives enter the circle Leading me back and forth through the history of myself The mind searches as the spirit dances The drums...dancing to the heartbeat Memories of long ago insights to the future I hear the winds whispering my sweat lodge dreams I see Sungmanitu tanka (the wolf) my guide He shows me the ancestors, not mine They are not Lakota, or Tsalagi, or Iroquois But they are all Nations, one Nation Speaking with wisdom to share with each other Yesterdays create today's and promises of tomorrow The lies will die with the smoke And the whispers of the winds are clear and loud And we shall all see the return of the buffalo
Hi! I'm ready.
Ms. Smith, you have to read Thirteen Reasons Why. Period. Pedagogy of the Oppressed? I may have to look into that. tehe.
I've been meaning to tell you forever that I made and had my conferencing appointment with Mr. Hunt. We're sort of informal about it so far so basically my next one is whenever it is convenient for me (according to him). I know you wanted to know these things and I know how unreliable my memory is. =]
hey ms. smith can you send me an invite to the AP group???
Your picture is really cute!
Thanks! My shelf is pretty empty compared to what I've really read... I'm having major brain farts remembering things I've read that weren't terrible or great...maybe they'll come to me soon lol
