I read Hawaii a long, long time ago. I remember it being very good.
It's good! I am trying to read it in a week. I joined a new book club and thought the June book was "The Road Home". I had that one nearly finished when I found out it was the July book. Now that I know "Thirteenth Tale" is a mystery, I am scrambling to finish by Thursday!
Hello I waswondering what u think of Bleeding Heart Square??? Is it suspenseful or more historical???

I did like Garden Spells. Very different and mystical, but I enjoyed it.

I think I expected more. Liked the educational value, but didn't like the characters or the style of writing. The no quotation marks drove me nuts! I did like that Anna never caved, kept her deep dark secrets, even when approached with the truth. Like Vietnam vets who never talk about it.
I'm enjoying it very much. Different than I thought it would be.
