So glad you joined Guilty (Reading) Pleasures! I thought it was about time we had a place to talk about those books we love to hate the fact that we read and own. I think there's always room to expand our lowbrow reading lol.

hey, not telling you what to do or say, but i rode rachel pretty hard when i first ran into her, but she is just a kid raised in and by a very conservative part of wyoming, she is good hearted, but of course has been taught to fear and dread us liberals. just so you know, she is growing more open minded than she was even a couple months ago.
Hi Heather, just wishing you a Happy Easter Day.

Emma is my favorite, followed closely by Pride and Prejudice. Hope you enjoy!I haven't had the chance to read The Jane Austen Book Club, but I did see the movie with my mother a few weeks ago.
Thank you, besides books, wolves are my passion.Yes actually, I just finished a book called Garden Spells last week and it was really good. How about you?
Hi Heather, how are you doing and what book are you reading.

You may like Tony Hillerman books , he is a wonderful writer.

Haven't seen the movie. The book was just okay. I haven't read that much Austen, so my frame of reference is very narrow. I have heard that one who has read alot of Austen would appreciate it more.
Very cool...I grew up in South Bend (now living in Granger) so we'd have been super close! How nice that you were able to visit new pastures...
Thanks for the friend invite!
