I just finished Dune, and it is an astounding book. I cannot believe it has been around all these years, and I never got around to reading it. Thanks for setting me on the right track!
I haven't had much luck finding Dune or 13th Tale: time to visit Book Passage, I think! I spent a whole week on Clive James, and then a quick run through a memoir "When the Crocodile Eats the Sun". Given our years in Africa, I found the account rather heart-breaking - what a mess in Zimbabwe.See you soon.
Aha! I see you recommend Dune very highly. Now that's a book I've been considering for years now. Since I've liked every book you've sent my way, I'm going to try this one too!Cheers.. Sudha
So lovely to see you here! I was dazed by the brilliance of Orhan Pamuk.. and Neil Gaiman has been a wonderful discovery as well. See you soon!CheersSudha
