So, anyway, I am an LDS, homeschooling mother to five. I just completed a Psychology BA and am now working on a teaching certificate. This all severely limits my reading time. I tend to read lots of non-fiction on parenting, homemaking and education, because, well, I don't really know what I am doing and I am hoping some words of wisdom written down somewhere will help me unlock all of those little things like why has my daughter suddenly started telling on everyone who breaks the smallest rule (gleaned insight from "So You Want to Raise a Boy," oddly enough) and just how do I balance giving the children choices and pressing them to become those perfectly wonderful human beings who are perfectly prepared for the future. Tall order-I need lots of books. Welcome to my page. Now I really must go study-EDU270 Phonetic Reading and Decoding anyone?
