I love to read, and I love Shelfari for keeping my books organized. My Library has a pretty eclectic mix of books, including: romance, memoirs, true crime, biographies, mysteries, fiction,YA, fairy tales, childrens books, as well as picture books. I read a fair amount of Childrens Books, as I work in a public school with Special Ed children.... more »

    Hello CJ,
    from England.

    I hope you are well.
It is heart-warming to see so many great children's books on your shelf and I'm pleased to see how much you enjoyed the excellent 'True Story of the 3 Little Pigs.'

Your work in a special school must be very rewarding and satisfying.

I am a very passionate and proud writer of children's e-books.
Recently I published a series of "Twisted" Fairy Tales for children, which are becoming quite popular in the UK, US and even further away places like Australia!
There are more fairy tale cameos in each story than you can shake a stick at!
Kids love my humorous spin on famous fairy tales and the collection is growing.

Please check them out if you have time!

They are available on Amazon Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Apple and just about every other digital platform for around a dollar.

    very best wishes,

    Jason

Your shelf has got scope! :) Any fiction on there focused around social justice you'd recommend? I'm slowly updating many of the profiles for East-Asian authors on here. I've been writing about Japan over the past year, so that's the slice-of-life I know the inner workings of. Here's a pinterest page with photo links for all the Shelfari pages I've done some tinkering to: http://pinterest.com/vadl/east-asian-authors-of-note/ Added u to my follow list!

    DRACULA: Hearts of Stone
This MIGHT be a little like Dracula if written by J. K. Rowling. It’s a place where magic and vampires interweave for an exciting adventure.
A tale of magic, romance and fangs.
We start with a shiny new pot of boiling water and add too many evil vampires, and not enough of the good biters. Toss in one suicidal Dracula; add a cup of mayhem and a dash of romance. Oh yes, and a pinch of mirth. Stir lovingly and you have a new novel by A. J. Gallant. If it sounds like the recipe for you then you must read Dracula: Hearts of Stone.

Did you think Doubt had a strange ending? My family did not like BB only I did. Speaking of Diana, I just watched the "Queen" on tv the other night.

HI CJ. Lifetime usually produces good TV movies adapted from movies. They are also doing Nora Roberts and Ann Rule too among others. I might take a peak at it. Enjoy!
