    How is it that you teach special ed all day, keep up with all the paperwork that involves AND find time read all these really involved books? How do you do it all? You are really well-read. This global food supply book looks really interesting to me. My students and I were at the agriculture fair today. We came all prepared to ask the dairy princesses why, if milk is good for bones, does the U.S. have the highest rates of dairy consumption AND osteoporosis, but alas, water quality people were there instead of the dairy princesses.
