Have you read John Green's "Looking for Alaska"? If not, grab a copy. I think it's a great young adult read -- reminds me a little of Catcher in the Rye. It's cause a stir in a New YOrk state school -- claiming it's pornography (much like Howell's problems). Check this website out - It's the author on You tube complaining about being labeled a pornography.
