After a nine year hiatus, I am back to teaching - this time, in a part-time capacity at a local community college. So far, it is a good gig. Working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays allows me to have a little bit of a life, and so far my students appear invested; of course, appearances can be deceiving!

After a nine year hiatus, I am back to teaching - this time, in a part-time capacity at a local community college. So far, it is a good gig. Working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays allows me to have a little bit of a life, and so far my students appear invested; of course, appearances can be deceiving!

I am currently a full-time momma to one fabulous 9 year-old son, and the wife of a wonderful, funny and hard-working husband. I am working on my own memoir and, while I'd hoped to have it "in the works" right now, this job has slowed me down a bit. My new goal is to have it completed by June 2009. Maybe I'll turn up on somebody's shelf one day! « less
