Hi Tasneem,I would like to recommend the Kite Runner to you. It's a beautiful but sad story and worth reading it. If you like it, you could also read Hosseini's 2nd book 'A Thousand Splendid Suns'. I thought that book was even better then The Kite Runner.Keep on reading!Greetings, Monique
