more »I'm an older mother of two young children (boy and girl) and am a Christian; more precisely, a Byzantine Catholic. My past history includes working as a medical secretary in the fields of medical transcription and medical billing. I am currently staying at home with my kids and am enjoying it. I am very interested in Catholic apologetics, which has nurtured and fed my faith to a great degree. I own several books, borrowed others, and am always on the lookout for more to read! My main interest in books is in the apologetics genre. I seldom want to read anything else anymore, though I do love some of the classic romance-style novels of Jane Austin and the Bronte Sisters and have always enjoyed select types of 'fantasy' novels.
My hobbies include Balkan folk (kolo) dancing and some crafting as well (most anything but sewing, of which I have no talent or experience). I enjoy digital photography (recently won a couple 'amateur awards' which was quite a thrill), creative writing, decorating, and most anything along creative lines. My favorite music is Greek and other various 'ethnic' genres. I love different cultures and cultural things (music, dance, clothing, jewelry and home decorations/themes).
