Oh Mary, so many books and so little time. And can you believe I cannot wait to go to the book sale at the Wilmington Library in April! Two of the books I plan to suggest and I'm anxious to read you already read. The Shack, which I think is a given for Book Club and The Book Thief. The Mango book I think of summer and I'm not sure it's in paperback yet. Middlesex I just read and that would be a great book club discussion book.

as far as the copywriting and licensing, how do you feel about the fact that your shelf has all the pictures of the books on it? wouldnt that be the same thing?

Mary, I just had someone asking me to be her friend (Amanda B.). I don't know this person?? Where did she get me from? Did you have this happen to you? I just added some 50+ books. It was actually theraputic.

I love watching your notes!! you are becoming more active in it than i have been -- even makes me feel a LITTLE guilty- though not too much. I know what you mean, though -- just when you think your choices have been exhausted - you see someone's list and go WOW that looks fascinating! i found some on yours - some authors i've never heard of -- and found a couple on Angela's -- so now on top of the 10-12 i have sitting here waiting for me, i have to add 2-3 more! and not riding the bus has really cut into my reading time! Glad to "chat" with you!

Lest you worry, my friend, the group-memberships are a joke! I go into them to see if they have anything interesting going on -- but the only way you can see what they are talking about is to "join" -- i join, i read and usually i leave never to go back again! so it certainly is not taking much out of my reading time! and the book is a gift -- i am glad you enjoyed it. we have a group that has been doing the study book and we've had some good discussions. there is a video that goes with it -- i have enjoyed hearing the author speak, probably more than doing the actual workbook. Of the two books, i think the book is better. it would be great to have time somewhere in our day -- for those of us interested in talking about the deeper side of life to have a group chat/study -- sort of a book group idea. Hmmmmmm??!!!

Only 76! I thought I had a total of 89...I combined our no pressure list with my old book club and look what happened....it doesn't look like all bimbo books now!!! I'm quite impressed if I say so myself.
