..:: مرگ همکار ::. یکروز وقتى کارمندان به اداره رسیدند، اطلاعیه بزرگى را در تابلوى اعلانات دیدند که روى آن نوشته شده بود: « دیروز فردى که مانع پیشرفت شما در این اداره بود درگذشت. شما را به شرکت در مراسم تشییع جنازه که ساعت ١٠ در سالن اجتماعات برگزار مىشود دعوت مىکنیم.» در ابتدا، همه از دریافت خبر مرگ یکى از همکارانشان ناراحت مىشدند امّا پس از مدتى، کنجکاو مىشدند که بدانند کسى که مانع پیشرفت آنها در اداره مىشده که بوده است. این کنجکاوى، تقریباً تمام کارمندان را ساعت١٠ به سالن اجتماعات کشاند. رفته رفته که جمعیت زیاد مىشد هیجان هم بالامىرفت. همه پیش خود فکر مىکردند: «این فرد چه کسى بود که مانع پیشرفت ما در اداره بود؟ به هر حال خوب شد که مرد!» کارمندان در صفى قرار گرفتند و یکى یکى نزدیک تابوت مىرفتند و وقتى به درون تابوت نگاه مىکردند ناگهان خشکشان مىزد و زبانشان بند مىآمد. آینهاى درون تابوت قرار داده شده بود و هر کس به درون تابوت نگاه مىکرد، تصویر خود را مىدید. نوشتهاى نیز بدین مضمون در کنار آینه بود: «تنها یک نفر وجود دارد که مىتواند مانع رشد شما شود و او هم کسى نیست جزء خود شما. شما تنها کسى هستید که مىتوانید زندگىتان را متحوّل کنید. شما تنها کسىهستید که مىتوانید بر روى شادىها، تصورات و موفقیتهایتان اثر گذار باشید. شما تنها کسى هستید که مىتوانید به خودتان کمک کنید. زندگى شما وقتى که رئیستان، دوستانتان، والدینتان، شریک زندگىتان یا محل کارتان تغییر مىکند، دستخوش تغییر نمىشود. زندگى شما تنها فقط وقتى تغییر مىکند که شما تغییر کنید، باورهاى محدود کننده خود را کنار بگذارید و باور کنید که شما تنها کسى هستید که مسئول زندگى خودتان مىباشید. مهمترین رابطهاى که در زندگى مىتوانید داشته باشید، رابطه با خودتان است. خودتان را امتحان کنید. مواظب خودتان باشید. ازمشکلات، غیرممکنها و چیزهاى از دست داده نهراسید. خودتان و واقعیتهاى زندگى خودتان را بسازید. دنیا مثل آینه است. انعکاس افکارى که فرد قویاً به آنها اعتقاد دارد را به او باز مىگرداند. تفاوتها در روش نگاه کردن به زندگى است.
