    Hi:
I have published three ebooks on Amazon Kindle, Smashwords, B&N, etc., and would be delighted if you would add one or more of these books to your TBR list. If you could also write a review, that would be super.

Kite Runner is a very fascinating account of Afghan life and the transition they undergo in very troubled times. But above all its a touching story of a boy and how his childhood has influenced his whole life. Its a must read.

As I told another inquiring reader, The Kite Runner flows with its beautiful writing, but the story is bittersweet. Themes of loyalty, betrayal, friendship, and vindication are woven into the fabric of the setting of Afghanistan and rich characters.

It is hard to tell from your shelf how you would react to The Kite Runner. I am unable to detect a pattern in someone who gives 5 stars to both The Leopard (arguably one of the best historical novels of the twentieth century) and any work by Stephen King. I would recommend trying Atonement or the Life of Pi or, perhaps, The Kite Runner and staying away from Stephen King.

Kite Runner is a book that will profoundly impress you. The descriptions of life in Afghanistan in pre-Taliban days are wonderful. Reveals a culture that is graceful and warm. And the plot develops in a poignant touching manner. The author has a lumnous style. I thoroughy enjoyed reading it. I am sure you wil too.
