Hi scarlett

Hi dear Scarlett,
I think we all live on Hope. Hope sustains us. Most of us think of a great tomorrow, and plan for it. Hunting for a treasure is a similar exercise. When we realise we may not get the treasure or get tired searching for it, or realise that we now want a different treasure, we decide to do something else. Even here HOPE and OPTIMISM are still with us, driving us on.
“Okay, from now on my goal in life is to spend my time with people who like me and whom I like”, you decide. But even when you move about and see the world you still can satisfy these two conditions. If you are away from somebody it does not necessarily mean you are leaving them permanently. In any case they remain in your memories, may be physically they are away. But the HOPE that you can see them after some time would actually bring you closer to them. So dear friend, you need not give up your aspirations just to be with your near and dear ones. At many points in life you meet people who become close to you, that’s destiny. We are all destiny’s children.
I will tell you a story: Once a man went visiting to a place called Benares. As he was busy purchasing in the market, he suddenly saw Yaman, the God of death, staring at him strangely. He was so frightened that he immediately got on his horse and rode back to his hometown in Allahabad. As he reached his home, he found Yaman waiting for him near his gate. Startled, he shouted at the God of Death: How come you are here, why do you follow me, I saw you in Benares yesterday. Yaman replied: “Yes, I was really surprised to see you Benares yesterday. I was expecting you here today to take you away, and was wondering what you were doing in Benares!
It’s just a story, but the fact is that we cannot run away from anything. So live life as it comes. If you have to take hard decisions, do take them, but live as if there is no tomorrow. Do everything well today, don’t wait for tomorrow to come to do what you want to do. Tomorrow will never come. Don’t dig for treasure; treasure everything you have, especially relationships. As far as I know that is the greatest treasure.
Bye
Take care

hi scarlett
life, they say is like the peeling of the onion, where you peel and throw, and there is no looking back. In the process we miss a lot of thing, we forget and forgive, sometimes we forget and are grateful that memory has faded. However, some of those memories are like wounds that never heal. Those memories keep coming back, especially when we are lonely and feeling blue.
But you are a sunshine girl, so yesterday was yesterday, and tomorrow is another day, enjoy today as if there is no tomorrow.
I do miss many things, people etc. But life is like that.
Heard there were problems in travelling because of the snow and rains in your country. Wish you a great holiday. May your path be smooth.
Take care
