You have read both City of the Dead and Guardian of the Flame? Great. It's good to know that you enjoyed City of the Dead! I would love to read Guardian of the Flame as well!

How ironic. THis time I posted on my own page. Luckily I got a note today and saw it.

I was hoping to but I don't think the Lord wants me to. (in reference to the ACFW conference)
I loved Petticoat Ranch. I'll actually only be 200 miles from Minneapolis at that time on vacation at my Mom's.
Too bad. I'd have loved to have met you too (along with a bunch of other people I've met on the Internet).

I thought maybe I had not hit the post button and you never got my message because you didn't answer. So I cam back to make sure and found you answered my message on your own note shelf. I'm am so looking forward to your thoughts on this book. You're the first person to see this one. (outside my crit group).
    Take care!

PS: Do you know Mary Connealy - author of Petticoat Ranch? She's a Nebraska gal.

I just got the book today - I'm looking forward to reading it! As far as the cover goes, without having read it yet I can't say for sure how well it fits with the content of the book... It does kind of go with the title - does weather play a big part in the plot? It is kind of cool, but honestly, I'm not sure it would grab at me from the shelf and make me pick it up and buy it if I was just browsing a bookstore... I can give you more input on that after reading it - looking at it closer, I wonder if it is the peachy background that doesn't do it for me, maybe pulling that blue color out of the rainbow might fit better??? Just an idea.

Did you get my book? I'd love to get your feedback on the cover. I was going to have Husker pictures on it - but my I saw this picture and it grabbed my fancy. I can still change it.
    Later!

Let's see how you like All the Fury of the Wind and see if you want to read any more of my writing. If so, I'll send you a copy of Potter's Clay and one more book (if you're interested)
Take care. Football season is right around the corner!

Hi Janna. Thanks for visiting the Hope Chest and commenting on my interview. If you don't win the drawing for Reforming the Potter's Clay, I can certainly send you a copy to review!! Are you acquainted with the Dabbling Mum up in South Dakota, by any chance? She is going to review it.

I'm glad Pelini is on board too. I just wish Tom had never retired. Oh, well. I'd love to have you review one of my books!! I have one coming out very soon that takes place in Lincoln and involved a boy who plays baseball for the Huskers and his girl who runs cross-country for the Huskers.

    Hi Janna,
I just linked to Shelfari from your Cornhusker Academy blog. What's the story on that name? Are you from Nebraska? Are you a member of Husker Nation?? I'm a big time fan (my name came from Omaha).
Do you choose the books you review for your site - or does someone do that for you?
    God bless!
