The Future of Managemnent is about management innovation. Hamel's main argument is that our current management systems come from the industral-age and will have to change in the light of new technological possibilities and heightened competition. I think we will be seeing more decentralization, more trust, more autonomous decision-making. The distinction between the free market, industrial networks and big companies will begin to blur.
