I am a historian by education and passion, but I also love more scientific pursuits. I can really explain myself best by saying I'm a professional historian and an amateur naturalist. Throw under that umbrella hiker, outdoor photographer, MIA activist, to name just a few.

I guess I could be considered a Renaissance woman :)
