Hey, all interested and/or nosy web surfers. I'm Joe, and I'm a musician and a writer, and I occasionally dabble in other medium, examples of which perforate the net, and some printed materials (google me!). My primary reason for taking part in Shelfari is, I've always wanted to construct a list of books that I've read in my life. For my own purposes. I know I won't be able to remember every last stick of verse that's crossed my path (and countless poetry books aren't yet available for shelfing here at Shelfari), but it is my goal to create as full a list as possible. As well, to document and journalize my reading life, an activity which encourages me to keep going. If I have time to discuss and debate these books we've read, glory hallelujah, in this busy age.
