What can I say other than I'm a thirty-something originally from the Chicago area. I have a great love for animals and the outdoors and I have currently gone back to college to get certified as a Vet. Technician. Like most Shelfarians, I love reading in my spare time. The books listed on my shelf are books that I have read in the past (not necessarily owned). I am open to all sorts of genres and will read pretty much anything; fantasy, sci-fi, chic-lit, mystery, non-fiction, crime, romance, thrillers, biographies, historical fiction (if it sparks my interest, I'll read it!). I do have a soft spot for historical and british literature.
