“this bread is another important pole raised in my big tent of eliminating high-fructose corn syrup in my family's diet. bread was a sore spot. its almost impossible to find bread without corn syrup in it. plus, i'm attracted to the ease of making just enough for that meal, but no more. we turn leftover bread into awesome breadcrumbs or croutons and if nothing else, we sent it out for the birds.

the recipe is as easy as 6-3-3-13! and the whole wheat is a family favorite. easter is coming up, so i'll be making the brioche soon!

“i'm a casual bird watcher, but i often wonder why birds behave the way they do. this book details everything you would want to know about a particular bird in a very accessible, easy to read way. i enjoy owning this book. its answered questions about birds that my children will often ask me.”
