    can't find time when working 14 hours a day 7days an week at $40.00 an hour. only have time to sleep and shower and cant find a taco bell over here in the SOUTH

    Amber was a good book. It took 6 weeks to real all 10 books inside of the book but still tied into the final two books bery nicely.

    That is because you ate ice cream at the gas stations and convenience stores. I don't remember one Dairy Queen and we even had a hard time finding regular food in some towns. That is what happens when you go too far east. You have to stay in the Midwest to enjoy the local ice cream place.

    That is why I picked the book. It sounded like us and our journeys through the midwest. I am glad we will be in Kansas and Nebraska again this year so there is a higher potential for Dairy Queens. Our lack of ice cream choices the past few summers has been a bummer.

    I'm finding myself slogging my way through the first Kim Harrison book, whereas I couldn't gety enough of the Jim Butcher series. I hope the writing and storylines improve as I read more of her.

    I have found that in some of the classic writers. You read it and wonder how it became a classic. OK...I will still plan to read it. Then I will let you know that you were correct or what you missed.

    They are indeed very similar. Maybe that is why I did not enjoy Goodkind as well. It seemed you always knew what was happening around each corner.
