One thing works for me and that is simply always leave food on my plate and eat only what I really want, sometimes less, sometimes more. Sure. You can read more about my book at doristrueheart.talkspot.com. It is my autobiography told through short stories and poetry. "I do" is about making making promises and keeping them. It is about overcoming anything that is thrown your way: domestic violence, child abuse, unfaithfulness, etc. It is about connecting with God and becoming his bride. It is about loving those whom it is difficult to love. It is about expressing yourself and being you.
