Hey Mark. I see you red Persuasion by Jane Austen. I'm trying to decide which one to read next, that one or Mansfield Park or Northanger Abbey. Was Mansfield Park the one the made into a movie with Gillian Anderson? Whatever that movie was, I think it is the only one I have ever walked out of. The acting was horrible, IMO. Anyway. Was Persuasion good?

I'm SOOOO glad you joined! I've been trying to remember the title and/or author of The Blue Place for ages now; I knew I'd find a clue on your shelf! Thanks very much.

am a journalist, Indian, now in Muscat, Oman. I think we have something in common, i too am in love with my wife, after 19 years of married life. I read quite a bit, i mean have read a lot. I am at present interested in studying about middle America, I mean not the America I see in movies and the like. The real America and its ordinary people
