  GOOD AFTeRNOON CAROLE, its nice to hear from you, i have amny relatives in honululu, infact, I dropped by there for a week when I came back from the philippines las august 28, I stayed at Kalihi and ewa beach then back here in bakersfield. Actually, I am doing a research on the changes of Filipino culture, philippines vs american setting. It is observed that when a filipino family or individual has migrated in the united states, a lot of changes are noticed, and I want to study that by myself and eventually, I will be writing it as a book and might be useful for references in the philippines, where culture is very important. MAHALO.

  hi dear carole....that's right! every event that past really goes to history and it dosent worth thinking about it...but i know that people love their country even it doesnt have a goob nation or prime minister! like our poor IRAN!
  I could read the abstract of your nice book through the net...it really worth reading and i wanna read it as soon as i can...tanx and say my regards to your persian -american friend!

  Aloha, hope your writing goes well!! If you grew up on Oahu, things are really hectic there, as you probably know. I used to live in the sticks and now, there's a huge shopping mall & homes. Maui is a good mixture of urban & rural. Still country, for a little while. Any suggestions on authors to read?
