Hi Dan,Great to hear from you! Splendor of Truth is a letter by Pope John Paul II concerning certain teachings of the Holy Church primarily, morality, mans free will, mans conscience, serving Christ, etc. It is not easy to read although only 145 pages long. There is no story line, only the teachings of the Pope concerning these areas. It asks a lot of Moral questions which are then addressed by the Holy Father and in most cases followed by Scripture.Ellen sent it to me after my baptism and confirmation. It was very interesting to me as a new Catholic to read this as I greatly admired Pope John Paul II.Hope you and the family are well. Sure wish we could see you all soon!Sam
