I finished Devil's Kiss. When I said that Kay is kind of wimpy, I meant physically. Could I see him take Bili in a fight? *Shrugs* I don't know. That said, mentally and emotionally...wow. I was sooo relieved when I found out that there was a reason that her dad was such a jerk to her all the time. I liked the religious aspects. I liked that Michael truly believed what he was doing was the right thing for God. I liked that it was so...logical and it almost made you wonder if he really was doing the right thing. He said something like "Faith starts with fear," and those four words summed up everything he was doing perfectly. There were definitely some intense, violent and sad moments in the book. All in all it wasn't what I thought it would be, but it wasn't bad. I'll definitely pick up the sequel.
I like him too, just not for Bili. I kinda want her to be with someone who's a match for her, and well, he's kind of a wimp compared to her. At least so far. I have no clue if that changes or not.
Percy's her godfather and the only man who's ever showed her any fatherly affection. Michael's not all bad? Hehe. It really must've been a while since you've read it. He's just plain evil. Yes, I've met Kay. Not sure how I feel about him, though.

Ok, this is a response to your comment on the Blue Bloods book... *People other then Book~Adorer who DONT want to know what happens look away. Spoilers!*I just finished the third book and what happens is Jack continues to see Mimi but is seeing Schuyler like secretly. I think Jacks gonna end up with her, otherwise yeah i totally wasted my time too. Andy yeah, the brother sister thing is totally disgusting to me too.

I misunderstood I guess and interpreted your comment that Peeta was too perfect for her as that you found fault in Katniss and didn't find her good enough for him or like her well enough. My mistake. Sometimes it's difficult to understand sterile cold notes written on line.
Aww, I love Katniss Everdeen! Why didn't you like her? I found her strong, independent, brave, undaunted, selfless, honorable. Peeta is all of the same. Gale will have trouble competing with all that.
I couldn't help but love Peeta. I'm sure the author will work on Gale's character now that they're back. He seems a pretty solid contender for Katniss' affections. I cried when Rue died and how awful that they were returned as mutations.
Did you like THe Hunger Games? I thought it was a 5 star. I'm sure the young couple will work hard through a few books to stop the games. At least they better!
