    A Salaam alaykum My Sister Heba; thank you for your note. You are reading about western civilization? That statement is really a oxymorone, as very little in the west is civilized! I am reading three books, would you believe it? The first one is 3 cups of tea, I am reading this book for a multi-faith group I am a part of. The second book is, uninsured in America, this is a tremendous problem in America/which 1/2 the population have no health coverage. The last one: Taqwiyat UL Iman/ by Shah Ismail shaheed. Basically this book discusses things people do, which are against Islamic monotheism- and things which constitute shirk. They may not even be aware of this, therefore this book offers very good advise. With all of this, I am very busy alhumdullilah. May Allah(SWT) bless you my sister.
