Hey. What to say. I'm in my early, early, early twenties, doing the undergraduate thing. I'd like to have a complete list of all the books I own. That's one of my goals for the '08 year, as is growing my hair to my shoulders, raising my GPA, living with my lover, writing every day, meditating more often, becoming (even vaguely) politically aware, and keeping a job for 6+ months.

But for now, the reality of my life is that I'm an average student with what I hope is an above-average intellect (perhaps it was a few years ago, but I'm regressing), and I don't often have enough money to pay my bills on time. I love my girlfriend without withholding, I call my mother, I try to keep in contact with friends, I no longer smoke, I eat as healthy as I can manage, I make VISA payments, remember to feed the cat and fish, fear that I'll forever be an unpublished writer, breathe through every neurosis I entertain, listen to CBC radio, bake my own bread, drink too much coffee, burn incense, read Canadian poetry, and survive.
