Hello, Pam. I’m the author of The Sandal Maker, a new novel about the public ministry of Jesus from a unique point of view, a little controversial at times, but you will see him as never before. It’s a story that will take you on a fascinating journey in first century Galilee. Have you ever wondered what is was like to live in those times? What part did women play in his ministry? Was he the first feminist? Were the miracles real? Why did Judas betray the Master? How does the gospel of Jesus compare to the gospel according to Peter and Paul? This is a “must read” for those on a true spiritual quest. You can read reviews at Amazon.com. I’m including a link to copy and paste. Let me know what you think.

I want to wish all of you a Happy New Year and ask that you come visit our little group. This is a private group to encourage one another and never make anyone feel unwelcome. Doylene
I have changed the name of our group from Theology Forum to Walking With Jesus. I wanted a more loving , caring and sharing group. I would like for us to talk about Christian books that have helped us through good times and bad. I hope you will come visit. You are already a member. The avatar is a log cabin with snow listed with your other groups. Merry Christmas, Doylene

Welcome to the "Christ in all the Scriptures" group.
So glad to see you in the WOF group. Hope to get to know you better. Doylene
I hope you can find Healing Stones at your library. I know some people have had trouble because many library's don't stock Christian fiction. I know there are lots of used copies available on amazon.com, so that might be another option. I hope you can join the discussion! Amy
Hey Pam -
Thanks for casting your ballot for the Christian fiction read in Women of Faith. The top choice is “Healing Stones” by Nancy Rue and Stephen Arterburn. I'll post the first discussion question on August 1st. Hope you can join us!
Amy
Hey Pam -
Are you able to go to the discussion forum and vote there? Otherwise I'm afraid I'll forget what you said here... senior moments you know. Also, it would be great if you could pick your top 5 - otherwise the results get kind of messed up.
Welcome to Women of Faith, Pam. We have some awesome discussions going, be sure to chime in! We're also voting for our next group read... your ballot is due by June 8th, so take a look at your options and cast your vote.

I hope you will take the time to view my YouTube book trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-t0K34iU6g. I am doing some research about potential characters to play the lead role in the upcoming movie. Hope you can help me out. As Ralph Eggleston Director/Production Designer of Pixar Animation Studios said,
"I LOVED the book! It's a missing, ENDLESSLY fascinating link to the history of Hollywood. Thank you for researching and writing it!! I hope it's been widely well received, as it deserves to be." Best wishes. Gaelyn
