    If you don't know anyone on the "inside", I believe the protocol at that point is to write to the prison's library and request information on how to send in titles/advertisements. I really don't have any suggestions for alternate ways of breaching the fence without knowing a person on the inside (be it a guard, a worker, or an inmate). I'll ask around and see if I can find out any more information.
