Yeah, Ellen White quotes his sermons a lot in The Great Controversy, and I enjoyed reading those little snippets so much that I think it would be good to have a compilation of his sermons. I think our church pastors and evangelists need to start preaching what Wesley preached...
Hi there! I dont mind when we start a new book. I say leave it up to Vanessa, since my life is pretty unchanging, and she will probably have finals soon and is probably going to be busy with moving. So just let me know! Do you have the book picked out?
I finally made the pumpkin oatmeal cookies from VWAV. I couldn't resist adding oat flour and whole wheat flour, though...oh, and chocolate chips, too (instead of nuts and raisins)! I guess the chocolate chips made them not vegan, but oh well. They were good...they will make good "freezer cookies" for Ryan (he likes to eat cookies frozen. Yeeeeaaah.) The only thing I don't like about ANY baked good involving pumpkin is that they always require so much sugar! Why does pumpkin have to be so gross all by itself?!?!?!
I just heard on the radio that Julie Andrews said that an embarrassing story of hers was that one time she was on the Alps and she started singing "The hills are alive, with the sound of music!" And then one of those Sound of Music tour buses drove by. Haha, I love it!
