I actually didn't think Wicked was as 'R' rated as many people warned me. I read this book called "Perfume" two years ago, which I thought was a whole lot weirder when it came to the sex scenes. Have you read it? I really enjoyed it, but it is a little creepy. It's about this man in 18th Century France named Grenouille (frog in French), who has a very highly developed sense of smell, and ends up obsessing over beautiful scents. He begins to murder young women for their smell and its all very strange, but I would recommend it if you like weird but very well written books.
I do submit papers now and then to external events etc. whenever the chance arises. It doesn't happen as often as I would like however, so I normally just write for myself.

Yah, I've been working on Tess for a while... a year actually. I loved the beginning, but it got a little dry in the middle for my taste. A little too repetitive. But recently i've reached the bit where she tells Angel and he leaves her and now I love it! Its getting so much more interesting! poor Tess... Love your profile picture btw!

I loved Wicked! It is one of my favorites now! I thought it was really good, I loved all the debate about what it is to be truly evil, and how the author made Oz so much more political! It was such an interesting twist! I'm writing an essay on it in english right now. Initially I was going to do one on Kite Runner, but Wicked trumped it by far.

No I haven't read Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norris yet, but I have two copies witch the library was giving away! my english teacher suggested it to me last year and I reeeeeeeaaaalllly want to read it! But I limit myself to 3 books at once, so soon hopefully!
