Yes- started on October 7 - Director of Instructional Technology for Bloomfield Central School District and Honeoye Central school District. Having loads of fun working on technology integration projects with administrators and teachers. Cut my commute in half too! Best of all (actually there are 2) - I don't have to touch state testing- the other one- well you know all about that.
He is one person I have not had the pleasure to read. I have been in Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Edwine Gaines, and such. I have been interest in Ekhart Tolle for a long time now and if ever I have the pleasure to obtain one of his books I will devour it. I recently started attending a place called Center for Spiritual Living and their bookstore if filled with such wonders. He is one of them in there. I one day will purchase some books from in there as they have a small collection of big value.
Sounds wonderful where you live. I always imagine big cities and lots of nose and pollution when I think of New York. I live in Eugene, which is the second or third biggest city in Oregon. I like it, but at the same time I have nothing to compare it to as I have lived her my entire life. I would love to venture out and move somewhere new. I am currently in the middle of about 4 books and not sure I have the motivation to finish any of them. One I've read twice before, so it does't matter too much if I finish and the others I would love to finish, but they are "self-help" books and as much as I want the help they are offering I need to slow down some and figure out what I want in life before jumping into what others are telling me I "should" do. What books did you just finish?
H! I am so glad that you found me. I am relatively new to here, too. The groups are a bit hit and miss. If you go to the community tab at the top (the blue one on the very right) you can find a group or two that interests you. It's like a big group email. You post something and hope that people respond to you. I have mostly found groups that no one is active in. The groups specific to a single book seem to have the most activity, but they also hold the least interest for me. How are you? How do you enjoy living in New York?
I just thought I'd say hi! Welcome to this site. It is a really nice site. I have made one good "pen pal" on here. I don't do much with groups but I am having an interesting conversation with this one author about his take on Evolution and Creation. There are hundreds of groups on this site, I hope you finds the ones that fit you best. Wish you the best at navigating this site. If you need help let me know. I had to ask for help when I first joined 3 months ago.
