“I purchased this book as a gift from my daughter's wish list and I enjoyed looking through it before I gave it to her. She was thrilled to receive it and immediately started preparing some of these mouth watering recipes. We agree this is a great book that includes not only delicious South Louisiana recipes but is peppered with some of the history and culture of the area, also. This book is very nicely done and will make a lovely addition to anyone's cookbook collection.”
